Protestat u nxit\u00ebn nga tragjedia e n\u00ebntorit 2024 n\u00eb Novi Sad, ku 16 persona humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn pas shembjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb strehe n\u00eb stacionin hekurudhor. Q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, l\u00ebvizja studentore ka fituar mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb serbe, duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb sken\u00ebs politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alleksandar Vu\u00e7iq mbetet nj\u00eb nga figurat kryesore t\u00eb politik\u00ebs serbe, pas m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekade n\u00eb pushtet, fillimisht si kryeminist\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb pas si president. Megjithat\u00eb, protestat studentore dhe pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve kan\u00eb shtuar presionin ndaj pushtetit t\u00eb tij. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e Vu\u00e7iqit vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb politikat e tij ekonomike dhe projektet infrastrukturore t\u00eb realizuara gjat\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb tij. Rezultati i zgjedhjeve pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen politike t\u00eb vendit dhe p\u00ebr ndikimin q\u00eb l\u00ebvizja studentore mund t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb nga zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb zgjedhje p\u00ebrmes list\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt \u201cKoalicioni Shqiptar\u201d. Partit\u00eb politike shqiptare t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs synojn\u00eb t\u00eb bashkojn\u00eb votat dhe t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb Parlamentin e Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb legjislatur\u00ebn e kaluar, shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Kuvendin e Serbis\u00eb nga deputeti Shaip Kamberi. K\u00ebsaj radhe, synimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit politik dhe mobilizimit t\u00eb votuesve t\u00eb rritet numri i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb institucionin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb vendit. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi parlamentar konsiderohet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr ngritjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve, zhvillimin ekonomik, arsimin, pun\u00ebsimin dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre institucionale n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb publikuara p\u00ebr procesin zgjedhor, t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote kan\u00eb 6.451.292 qytetar\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb flet\u00ebvotim jan\u00eb gjithsej 18 lista zgjedhore me 2.418 kandidat\u00eb. Votimi zhvillohet n\u00eb 8.392 qendra votimi, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapura nga ora 07:00 deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 20:00. Qytetar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn ku jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb list\u00ebn zgjedhore, duke paraqitur nj\u00eb dokument t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm identifikimi, si let\u00ebrnjoftimi ose pasaporta. Votuesit q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e votimit n\u00eb momentin e mbylljes s\u00eb saj lejohen ta ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs, sipas rregullave zgjedhore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raportimeve t\u00eb mediave vendase, jan\u00eb hapur edhe qendra t\u00eb posa\u00e7me votimi p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote nga Kosova. Votimi \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb disa lokacione, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Vranj\u00ebn, Kurshumlin, Rashk\u00ebn dhe Tutinin. N\u00eb Vranj\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb raportuara, jan\u00eb 66.439 votues dhe 113 vendvotime, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rrethin e P\u00e7inj\u00ebs numri i votuesve arrin n\u00eb 199.058.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje garojn\u00eb 18 lista zgjedhore, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb lista e Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iqit, lista e Ivica Da\u00e7iqit, lista studentore \u201cStudent\u00ebt Fitojn\u00eb\u201d, koalicione opozitare dhe lista t\u00eb partive q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb pakicat komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebr listat e pakicave komb\u00ebtare zbatohet i ashtuquajturi prag natyror, i cili u mund\u00ebson atyre t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e mandateve edhe n\u00ebse nuk arrijn\u00eb pragun e zakonsh\u00ebm prej 3 p\u00ebr qind. Ky mekaniz\u00ebm ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr partit\u00eb shqiptare, pasi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i tyre parlamentar varet nga votat e fituara dhe m\u00ebnyra e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb mandateve sipas sistemit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 gar\u00ebs mes forcave kryesore politike serbe, k\u00ebto zgjedhje kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs. Rezultati i \u201cKoalicionit Shqiptar\u201d do t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb n\u00ebse bashkimi i partive shqiptare mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh parlamentar dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb institucionet e Serbis\u00eb.
