Fillimisht punoi si m\u00ebsues n\u00eb Tupall\u00eb, duke kontribuar n\u00eb edukimin dhe emancipimin e rinis\u00eb s\u00eb asaj treve. Pas shp\u00ebrnguljes n\u00eb Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, vazhdoi pun\u00ebn n\u00eb arsim dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht kreu Fakultetin Filozofik, dega Pedagogji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tij sh\u00ebrbeu si m\u00ebsues, referent dhe k\u00ebshilltar p\u00ebr shkollim t\u00eb lart\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb dhe bindjeve t\u00eb tij komb\u00ebtare, u p\u00ebrball me p\u00ebrndjekje politike, duke u larguar nga puna n\u00eb vitin 1990 dhe duke mbetur n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm nga regjimi i koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vitin 1991 ishte nd\u00ebr themeluesit e grupit kulturor \u201cTrojet\u201d, me q\u00ebllim ruajtjen, kultivimin dhe dokumentimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebs. Po ashtu ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr themeluesit e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe kontribuoi n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb humanitare t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs \u201cN\u00ebna Terez\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 angazhimit arsimor dhe komb\u00ebtar, Ismail Muharremi u shqua edhe si autor dhe studiues.
