Idriz Ajetit n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt, q\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 50 t\u00eb shekullit XX, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e rrethanave shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira politike, ekonomike, arsimore e kulturore. Shqiptar\u00ebt tashm\u00eb jetonin t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy shtete e n\u00eb disa ndarje administrative dhe kjo paraqiste v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin tep\u00ebr modest t\u00eb tyre. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, p\u00ebrpjekjet e intelektual\u00ebve t\u00eb pakt\u00eb asokohe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb zhvillimin e arsimit e n\u00eb kontekst edhe t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e gjuh\u00ebs del nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e ngutshme. Derisa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri varianti letrar jugor po kthehej n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, geg\u00ebrishtja letrare vijonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej andej e k\u00ebtej kufijve, jo me ep\u00ebrsin\u00eb e shtrirjen q\u00eb kishte njohur dy a tri dekada m\u00eb par\u00eb. N\u00eb kushte t\u00eb reja e t\u00eb ndryshme politike e kulturore nga ato t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, geg\u00ebrishtja vijoi t\u00eb shkruhej n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si edhe n\u00eb vise t\u00eb tjera shqiptare t\u00eb mbetura si Kosova. N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, studiuesi i ri, prof. Idriz Ajeti, e filloi pun\u00ebn e ngulm\u00ebt n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, q\u00eb pati q\u00eb nga fillimi pik\u00ebsynimin e mosshk\u00ebputjes gjuh\u00ebsore nga shteti am\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb bashkimin gjuh\u00ebsor \u2013 pun\u00eb kjo shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e rrethanat. \u201cVall\u00eb, \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e natyrshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popull, madje edhe n\u00ebse jeton n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme shtet\u00ebrore, se t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare?\u201d2 shtron pyetjen prof. Idriz Ajeti n\u00eb shkrimin e lartcituar. Me t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla&nbsp;&nbsp;e q\u00ebndrime, ai do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb nj\u00eb elite mendore, q\u00eb do t\u00eb bart\u00eb k\u00ebto procese me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb lart\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t\u2019ia shkrij\u00eb gjith\u00eb mundin dhe energjit\u00eb krijuese t\u00eb nj\u00eb jete t\u00eb plot\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, prof. Idriz Ajeti, as edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast nuk do t\u00eb resht\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekuri edhe p\u00ebr probleme e \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme shqipe, prandaj gjetja e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rol nuk ishte rast\u00ebsi, si\u00e7 do ta provonte edhe e gjith\u00eb puna e tij n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare. Mund t\u00eb thuhet, pa pasur frik\u00ebn se po e teprojm\u00eb, se vitet 50 t\u00eb shekullit 20 do ta kthejn\u00eb prof. Idriz Ajetin n\u00eb protagonist t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe si i till\u00eb do t\u00eb mbetet deri sot. Profesori yn\u00eb i nderuar e kishte kuptuar drejt detyr\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebtarit, detyr\u00ebn e prij\u00ebsit n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e p\u00ebr rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ndodheshin asokohe shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. I kishte nx\u00ebn\u00eb mir\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e teorive q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e nj\u00eb populli si komb, prandaj s\u2019kishte si t\u00eb vepronte ndryshe: do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqej me p\u00ebrkushtim e ngulm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ai tashm\u00eb po i vinte n\u00eb praktik\u00eb dijet e m\u00ebsimet e tij, po p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb send\u00ebrtonte at\u00eb q\u00eb popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebrreth e m\u00eb larg e kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb me koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I p\u00ebrgatitur mir\u00eb, me dije filologjike e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht albanologjike, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu rrekur me p\u00ebrkushtim nj\u00eb fushe sa t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, po aq sfiduese, i formuar me m\u00ebsimet e linguist\u00ebve t\u00eb shquar Karlo Taljavini, Henrik Bari\u00e7i e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, i thelluar n\u00eb studimet krahasuese n\u00eb romanistik\u00eb e sllavistik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb studimet e albanist\u00ebve me em\u00ebr &#8211; Holger Pederseni e Norbert Jokli, Idriz Ajeti do t\u00eb ket\u00eb kompetenc\u00ebn e duhur q\u00eb t\u00eb merret edhe me problemet bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs standarde, nd\u00ebrsa gjuh\u00ebsia shqiptare po mir\u00ebpriste brenda saj nj\u00ebrin nd\u00ebr studiuesit vet m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb studiuesin me parime t\u00eb larta shkencore dhe kulturore. Ai m\u00ebsoi nga prij\u00ebsit e m\u00ebdhenj e u b\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb prij\u00ebs i madh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Idriz Ajeti u vu n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Mbledhjes s\u00eb par\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 1952 n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe paraqiti aty edhe referatin kryesor,3 n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin, si edhe n\u00eb diskutimet e m\u00ebpastajme, mbizot\u00ebruan prirjet q\u00eb n\u00eb drejtshkrim t\u00eb ruhen mund\u00ebsisht format e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb t\u00eb dy kryedialekteve. Ai u vu edhe n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb formuar prej n\u00ebnt\u00eb vetash, q\u00eb do t\u00eb shqyrtonte holl\u00ebsisht probleme t\u00eb drejtshkrimit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe rregullat e drejtshkrimit, t\u00eb botuara nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Komisioni zyrtarizoi me rezolut\u00eb p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn, shkenc\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb geg\u00ebrishten jugore me elemente t\u00eb t\u00eb folmeve t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes verilindore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vet\u00ebm pes\u00eb vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, m\u00eb 30 e 31 maj 1957, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb u mbajt Mbledhja e dyt\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u shqyrtuan \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb norm\u00ebs n\u00eb drejtshkrim, t\u00eb miratuara n\u00eb Mbledhjen e par\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore. N\u00eb mbledhje u caktuan dy grupe gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebsh p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur materialin e quajtur \u201cProjekti i ortografis\u00eb i Mbledhjes s\u00eb Drejtshkrimit\u201d. N\u00eb propozimet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb projekt hetohej p\u00ebrpjekja ve\u00e7uese nga drejtshkrimi zyrtar i VITIT 1956, i botuar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Vendimet e k\u00ebsaj konsulte shprehnin qart\u00eb prirje divergjente dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr ruajtjen e varianteve letrare me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme dialektore. Por, n\u00eb konsult\u00eb do t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet reagimi i prof. Idriz Ajetit, i cili do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin, sipas t\u00eb cilit rruga q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndiqet n\u00eb procesin e norm\u00ebzimit \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb konvergjenc\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebsore.4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebto, gjat\u00eb viteve 1957-958 Idriz Ajeti botoi shkrimet \u201cP\u00ebr ndritshimin e \u00e7ashtjeve gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb shqipes\u201d (\u201cP\u00ebrparimi\u201d, nr. 7) dhe \u201cA ka gja ma pun\u00eb n\u2019ortografin\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e shqipes?\u201d (\u201cP\u00ebrparimin\u201d, nr. 8), n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat qart\u00eb shpreh kund\u00ebrshtimin e vet p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e pranuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje gjuh\u00ebsore. Po gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, pos shkrimeve e p\u00ebrkthimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, botoi edhe nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb shkrime t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb lidhen me problemet e gjuh\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me drejtshkrimin.5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitet 60 prof. Idriz Ajeti vijon t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb veprimtarive q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs e t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe. M\u00eb 1960 u themelua Katedra e Gjuh\u00ebs dhe e Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Shqipe \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>katedra e par\u00eb e Fakultetit Filozofik t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, q\u00eb do t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rol t\u00eb madh n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e kuadrit m\u00ebsimor e shkencor e q\u00eb do t\u00eb bart\u00eb pesh\u00ebn kryesore p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e zhvillimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite do t\u00eb jet\u00eb prof. Idriz Ajeti, nism\u00ebtari edhe i revist\u00ebs shkencore \u201cGjurmime albanologjike\u201d me mosh\u00eb sot dyzetepes\u00ebvje\u00e7are dhe i disa revistave t\u00eb tjera vite m\u00eb von\u00eb.6&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 14-16 janar t\u00eb vitit 1963 n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb u mbajt Mbledhja e tret\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, pos p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve nga Kosova, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb e t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. K\u00ebtu u diskutuan disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb drejtshkrimit, m\u00eb konkretisht u vu n\u00eb diskutim Projekt-ortografia e re, e hartuar nga Komisioni i gjuh\u00ebs dhe i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, i ngritur m\u00eb 1961 nga Pleq\u00ebsia e Arsimit dhe e Kultur\u00ebs e KAKM-\u00ebs. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komision shquhet puna e prof. Idriz Ajetit. Ky projekt u diskutua gjer\u00ebsisht, nd\u00ebrkaq pas shqyrtimit dhe analiz\u00ebs u vendos q\u00eb nj\u00eb grup punues t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb tekstin e drejtshkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. N\u00eb Komision s\u00ebrish gjejm\u00eb kryesorin prof. Idriz Ajetin, 7 Nga ky komision u botua m\u00eb 1964, n\u00eb form\u00eb broshure, \u201cOrtografia e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d &#8211; ortografia e par\u00eb dhe e fundit e hartuar pas luft\u00ebs dhe para nj\u00ebsimit ton\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre vjet pas, m\u00eb 1967, themelohet Instituti Albanologjik dheprof. Idriz Ajeti mori barr\u00ebn kryesore p\u00ebr hulumtimin dhe organizimin e pun\u00ebs shkencore aty, ashtu si\u00e7 do ta mbante disa vite m\u00eb von\u00eb rolin e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Universitetit, t\u00eb Seminarit e t\u00eb ASHAK-ut dhe, prap\u00eb, t\u00eb Institutit Albanologjik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit (1967) n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, erdhi \u201cProjekti i rregullave t\u00eb drejtshkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d, i hartuar nga studiuesit e shquar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, i cili do t\u00eb nxiste nism\u00ebn e Institutit Albanologjik t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Katedr\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Shqipe t\u00eb Fakultetit Filozofik t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs q\u00eb m\u00eb 27-28 prill 1968 t\u00eb mbahej Konsulta Gjuh\u00ebsore, e njohur gjer\u00ebsisht me em\u00ebrtimin \u201cKonsulta e Prishtin\u00ebs\u201d, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 150 intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme. Referatin kryesor me titullin \u201cRruga e nj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare shqipe dhe ortografis\u00eb s\u00eb re\u201d e mbajti prof. Idriz Ajeti. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konsult\u00eb me p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb u pranua q\u00eb si gjuh\u00eb letrare e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb trojet e tjera shqiptare jasht\u00eb shtetit am\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret gjuha letrare shqipe, gjuha e sotme standarde shqipe, nd\u00ebrkaq si norm\u00eb drejtshkrimi t\u00eb pranohej \u201cProjekti i rregullave t\u00eb drejtshkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d. Konsulta Gjuh\u00ebsore e Prishtin\u00ebs e vitit 1968 i \u00e7eli rrug\u00ebn nj\u00ebsimit gjuh\u00ebsor gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve e, rrjedhimisht, edhe mbajtjes s\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Drejtshkrimit, m\u00eb 1972, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Prof. Idriz Ajeti u vu n\u00eb krye t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej 11 vetash &#8211; delegat\u00eb nga Kosova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb viteve 70-90 t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar e m\u00eb tutje prof. Idriz Ajetin e gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e pasurimin e gjuh\u00ebs standarde shqipe, por edhe n\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve e t\u00eb organizimeve t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushe. P\u00ebrkushtimi gati 60 vje\u00e7ar i prof. Idriz Ajetit n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare nuk reshti kurr\u00eb dhe pati disa drejtime, si: studimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve teorike p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare, \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit praktik t\u00eb shqipes standarde dhe studimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve teorike e praktike t\u00eb formimit gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitet 90 t\u00eb shekullit XX jan\u00eb vite t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb jet\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare. Edhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn standarde do t\u00eb krijohen kushte t\u00eb tjera zhvillimi. Dhe ky zhvillim nuk do t\u00eb ec\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb e me zgjerim t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive shpreh\u00ebse. Sidomos leksiku njohu nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm: u pasurua nga shum\u00eb an\u00eb me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb reja, me fjal\u00eb burimore, me kuptime e ngjyrimeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb zakonshme, por p\u00ebrjetoi edhe nj\u00eb dep\u00ebrtim t\u00eb madh t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb u hetua prirja p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, jo pa ndikime edhe t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme. I nxitur nga k\u00ebto zhvillime t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuara t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare, prof. Idriz Ajeti vijon t\u2019u sillet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>problemeve t\u00eb sotme t\u00eb shqipes standarde, me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore, pa l\u00ebn\u00eb anash asnj\u00ebher\u00eb ndikimet e huaja, sidomos ato nga serbokroatishtja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qortimet e prof. Idriz Ajetit drejtuar sidomos gazetar\u00ebve, por edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen objekt i nj\u00eb vargu shkrimesh, kumtimesh e referimesh n\u00ebp\u00ebr sesionet e tryezat shkencore e n\u00eb intervista n\u00eb shtypin e koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat d\u00ebshmohet se ai jo vet\u00ebm i njeh mir\u00eb problemet gjuh\u00ebsore, problemet me t\u00eb cilat ndeshet gjuha standarde shqipe, por njeh mir\u00eb edhe teorit\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e gjuh\u00ebve letrare, e, rrjedhimisht, edhe historin\u00eb e formimit t\u00eb shum\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve letrare n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Shkrimet e tij t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe rrokin edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje e aspekte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb lidhen, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, me formimin e gjuh\u00ebs letrare shqipe, me vlerat e standardit t\u00eb pranuar dhe me kund\u00ebrshtimet e atyk\u00ebtushme prej individ\u00ebsh t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Me&nbsp;&nbsp;k\u00ebto shkrime m\u00ebtohet t\u2019u jepet p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se kombi shqiptar mund t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb edhe rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb dallueshme nga shumica e kombeve t\u00eb tjera me zhvillim e qytet\u00ebrim m\u00eb t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst shquan mendimi i drejt\u00eb i prof. Idriz Ajetit, i shprehur n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr Radio Tiran\u00ebn m\u00eb 1993: \u201cT\u00eb prek\u00ebsh sot n\u00eb themelet e gjuh\u00ebs son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb prag t\u00eb shekullit 21 parap\u00eblqejn\u00eb kthimin e rendit fisnor me nj\u00eb shum\u00ebsi gjuh\u00ebsh e bajraktar\u00ebsh&#8230;\u201d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Prof. Idriz Ajeti e ka ditur mir\u00eb se sa e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e identiteteve kulturore komb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu duhet t\u00eb ishte edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, koha e tranzicionit l\u00ebkundi shum\u00eb\u00e7ka n\u00eb rrafshin ep\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb standardeve dhe t\u00eb vlerave komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst shoq\u00ebria shqiptare u tregua e pa interesuar dhe e pa p\u00ebrkushtuar sa duhet n\u00eb mbrojtjen e vlerave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta shpirt\u00ebrore, morale e materiale. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht nd\u00ebrroi edhe q\u00ebndrimi ndaj gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare. Nderimi e vler\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me prirje anarkiste e \u00e7orientuese. Mungesa e nj\u00eb politike gjuh\u00ebsore institucionale ose mosp\u00ebrkrahja e k\u00ebsaj politike nga institucionet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebse u shfaq\u00ebn me nxitjen e prirjeve t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebsore. Filloi theksimi i dallimeve m\u00eb shum\u00eb se i t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebtave. Diskutimet prapakthyese p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn i sh\u00ebrbyen e vijojn\u00eb t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes psikologjike p\u00ebr ndarje e ve\u00e7ime t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb rrafshin komb\u00ebtar. \u201c\u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ajo pal\u00eb intelektual\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb pas ndryshimeve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, e nxit, e shtyn edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs, n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar shqipe, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb rivler\u00ebsime, rishikime q\u00eb, pran\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme letrare shqipe, t\u00eb vihet nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb shem\u00ebr? A ka ajo t\u00eb meta t\u00eb rendit gjuh\u00ebsor apo dergjet nga ndonj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje tjet\u00ebr?\u201d &#8211; pyet prof. Idriz Ajeti dhe p\u00ebrgjigjet: \u201cDo t\u00eb jet\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb merret e t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet godina e gjuh\u00ebs son\u00eb letrare\u201d, sepse \u201cn\u00eb ngritjen e saj kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb kat\u00ebr a pes\u00eb breza veprimtar\u00ebsh specialist\u00eb e patriot\u00eb zelltar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb e dijetar\u00ebsh t\u00eb huaj.\u201d9 Prof. Idriz Ajeti n\u00eb shkrime, n\u00eb intervista e n\u00eb paraqitje t\u00eb ndryshme ngre z\u00ebrin pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb e fuqish\u00ebm, duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye, kund\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjeve ve\u00e7uese, q\u00eb po nxirrnin kok\u00ebn \u00e7do her\u00eb e m\u00eb me forc\u00eb. Nga kjo pik\u00ebpamje, prof. Idriz Ajetin e ka shoq\u00ebruar dhe vijon ta shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb vet\u00ebdija e lart\u00eb se bashkimi yn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsor p\u00ebrb\u00ebn arritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drejt\u00ebsia e mendimeve t\u00eb prof. Idriz Ajetit p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt provohet edhe n\u00eb vitet q\u00eb pasojn\u00eb, n\u00eb fillimshekullin e ri 21, kur fuqizohen, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr ndarje gjuh\u00ebsore midis shqiptar\u00ebve. P\u00ebr prof. Idriz Ajetin \u201ckrijimi i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt letrare do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnonte nj\u00eb fitore jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb madhe, do t\u00eb thoshte se shqiptar\u00ebt po shtinin n\u00eb dor\u00eb mjetin kryesor n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb bashkimit shpirt\u00ebror me mund\u00ebsi komunikimi me gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare.\u201d10&nbsp;&nbsp;Prandaj p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr ndryshime rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb paku papjekuri, sepse \u201cThon\u00eb se historia di t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet \u2013 po, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ve\u00e7se ajo di t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebdytet shum\u00eb m\u00eb dramatike: me fatkeq\u00ebsi, vuajtje, ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda q\u00eb, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se rrot\u00ebn e historis\u00eb nuk e kthejn\u00eb prapa, e ndalojn\u00eb me pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda po se po.\u201d11 Prof. Idriz Ajeti pyet: \u201cPas ndryshimeve n\u00eb sistemin politik, shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb shtetet m\u00eb t\u00ebrthore t\u00eb Ballkanit&#8230; shqiptar\u00ebt ku jan\u00eb?\u201d Dhe p\u00ebrgjigjet: \u201cGjithkund dhe kurrkund, sepse bashk\u00eb me kultur\u00ebn e tyre po margjinalizohen, po kufizohen.12 \u201cSi \u00e7do gjuh\u00eb letrare bashk\u00eb me drejtshkrimin e saj, edhe kjo jona \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i natyrsh\u00ebm i proceseve t\u00eb zhvilluara sidomos nga Rilindja e k\u00ebtej&#8230;\u201d13 dhe \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u d\u00ebnuar \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim formimin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e pranimit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjuhe.\u201d14 Nd\u00ebrkaq p\u00ebrgjigjja e tij q\u00eb m\u00eb 1980, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e formimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare dhe q\u00eb propagandojn\u00eb haptas ose me rezerva ndarjen gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cNatyrisht, pik\u00ebpamje e koncepte t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb krejt konservative dhe reaksionare. Kjo pal\u00eb studiuesish a ekspert\u00ebsh mbajn\u00eb q\u00ebndrim kund\u00ebrshtues jo pse nuk pajtohen me k\u00ebt\u00eb apo at\u00eb norm\u00eb letrare t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe, ve\u00e7se ata nuk duan t\u00eb njohin kurrfar\u00eb norm\u00ebzimi t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo zgjidhjeje t\u00eb problemit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare t\u00eb kombit a t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb tyre.\u201d15<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standardi i shqipes, i p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb Kongresin e Drejtshkrimit t\u00eb vitit 1972, sipas prof. Idriz Ajetit \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb tosk\u00ebrishten letrare, por p\u00ebrfshin edhe elemente t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs fonetike, morfologjike e leksikore t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes. Nuk ishte vet\u00ebm vullneti politik ai q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoi k\u00ebt\u00eb standard. Edhe n\u00eb rastin kur do t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm ky vullnet p\u00ebrcaktues p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e paraqitur, nuk e zhvler\u00ebson vendimin e Kongresit, sepse k\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera. 16 Sipas prof. Idriz Ajetit nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb koh\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebrive demokratike as kur jan\u00eb standardizuar shumica e gjuh\u00ebve standarde t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Duke njohur mir\u00eb dialektet e variantet letrare t\u00eb shqipes, ai p\u00ebrve\u00e7on se ato zgjidhje, ato forma a trajta q\u00eb i miratoi Kongresi i drejtshkrimit ishin p\u00ebrpunuar me koh\u00eb, shum\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb kodifikoheshin me rregullat e 67-s\u00eb nga l\u00ebvrues, p\u00ebrpunues e zelltar\u00eb t\u00eb shqipes 17 sikurse, duhet shtuar, edhe nga ata q\u00eb e donin dhe e vler\u00ebsonin shqipen n\u00eb gjer\u00ebsin\u00eb e thell\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, q\u00eb ia \u00e7monin pasurit\u00eb e veta dialektore, q\u00eb ia dinin mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe q\u00eb ia kuptonin prirjet p\u00ebr zhvillim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Idriz Ajeti \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur se nuk ka asnj\u00eb form\u00eb superiore gjuh\u00ebsore q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb merrej p\u00ebr baz\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt: \u201cNga pik\u00ebpamja thjesht gjuh\u00ebsore s\u2019ka dialekt t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe q\u00eb t\u00eb mos t\u00eb merret e t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare, t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkrimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli.\u201d18 Por jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, faktor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar nj\u00eb form\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>t\u00eb ket\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi e mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nyj\u00ebtimi e zhvillimi. Prandaj edhe ankesat q\u00eb d\u00ebgjohen shpesh sot se standardi \u00ebsht\u00eb i \u201csakatuar\u201d pa paskajoren, sipas mendimit t\u00eb prof. Idriz Ajetit, t\u00eb shprehur shpesh n\u00eb biseda e n\u00eb kuvende shkencore, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb arsyeshme e as t\u00eb drejta, sepse, duke qen\u00eb se standardi mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb tosk\u00ebrishten, e cila nuk e ka paskajoren, e mbulon dhe e shpreh at\u00eb me mjete t\u00eb tjera, prandaj ata q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb se standardi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i varf\u00ebr pa t\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shp\u00ebrfaqin p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar k\u00ebt\u00eb standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Argumenti tjet\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtues, q\u00eb i vihet si barr\u00eb standardit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb shqipes, lidhet me leksikun, me \u201cvarf\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d e tij, p\u00ebr arsye \u201ct\u00eb shmangies\u201d, \u201ct\u00eb shp\u00ebrfilljes\u201d a \u201ct\u00eb mohimit\u201d t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes. Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb na e risjell shpesh prof. Idriz Ajeti t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e pamohueshme se \u201cp\u00ebrshkimet dhe ndikimet e nd\u00ebrsjella, si dhe bashk\u00ebveprimi i t\u00eb dy varianteve letrare t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb kohe m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme dhe asgj\u00eb m\u00eb e natyrshme nuk ka mundur t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, pos q\u00eb ky bashk\u00ebveprim dhe ndikim spontan e i nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb bashkim t\u00eb sanksionuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt gjuh\u00ebsore. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme teza e disa fatalist\u00ebve, defetist\u00ebve dhe skeptik\u00ebve se, kinse gjuha e sotme letrare shqipe n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkim artificial i elementeve dialektore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, dua t\u00eb them se ai na qenka variant letrar kryek\u00ebput tosk\u00eb, e do t\u00eb thosha se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb.\u201d19<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e7 e kemi d\u00ebgjuar shum\u00eb shpesh prof. Idriz Ajetin, ne q\u00eb kemi pasur fatin e rastin t\u2019i rrim\u00eb af\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb argumentet e tij, dallimet nd\u00ebrmjet dialekteve n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn fonetike ose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gramatikore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrehen leht\u00eb, por p\u00ebr leksikun puna q\u00ebndron krejt ndryshe. P\u00ebrshtrirja gjeografike e leksikut, e fjal\u00ebve, e shprehjeve, e nj\u00ebsive frazeologjike, e kuptimeve dhe e nuancave, nuk e b\u00ebn t\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin dhe vendosjen e kufijve t\u00eb prer\u00eb. Prandaj pohimi i kund\u00ebrshtuesve t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs standarde shqipe se gjuha standarde ka l\u00ebn\u00eb jasht\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes, nuk p\u00ebrkon me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, sepse pjesa m\u00eb e madhe, m\u00eb kryesore dhe thelb\u00ebsore e leksikut t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja dialektet, nd\u00ebrsa numri i fjal\u00ebve me burim thjesht dialektor \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrball\u00eb fjal\u00ebsit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt; madje shum\u00eb nga ato fjal\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb burimit t\u00eb huaj. Ky mendim, parimisht shum\u00eb i drejt\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtet at\u00eb q\u00eb dihet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>mir\u00ebfilli: se as fjalor\u00ebt normativ\u00eb, as fjalor\u00ebt e mbar\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb gjith\u00eb pasurin\u00eb leksikore, frazeologjike e semantike, aq m\u00eb pak kur dihet q\u00eb fjalor\u00ebt vjetrohen shpejt dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb vilet e gjith\u00eb l\u00ebnda leksikore e gjuh\u00ebs. Duke tumirur mendimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, se p\u00ebrfshirja e leksikut dialektor n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn standarde nuk varet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nga gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe nga hartuesit e fjalor\u00ebve, por nga p\u00ebrdoruesit e gjuh\u00ebs, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga shkrimtar\u00ebt, gazetar\u00ebt, publicist\u00ebt, shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, duhet theksuar q\u00eb nj\u00eb ndalim a kufizim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fjal\u00ebsi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dekretuar n\u00eb Kongresin e Drejtshkrimit. N\u00eb Kongres jan\u00eb sanksionuar rregullat e drejtshkrimit dhe ato gramatikore. N\u00eb shqipen e shkruar nuk ngjan t\u00eb jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb sanksionim i till\u00eb p\u00ebr leksikun, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk e kemi ndier nj\u00eb ndalim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Prandaj nuk mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm, aq m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr nj\u00eb varf\u00ebrim t\u00eb paramenduar t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs. Po t\u00eb ishte e mundur t\u00eb zbatoheshin vendime e q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb tilla, do t\u00eb kishim mbase edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim, sepse do t\u2019u vinim penges\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja t\u00eb panevojshme dhe elementeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb shfytyrojn\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e shqipes e q\u00eb po hyjn\u00eb me shumic\u00eb sot n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn ton\u00eb.
